  Client’s satisfaction has been our No 1 priority from the very beginning. Therefore, in our work, we always follow these rules:
 
1. Understanding the Client’s needs – every offer and project we prepare is based on a thorough analyse of the Client’s requirements in order to work out the most suitable solution.
2. Taking care of all details – our team is very meticulous. We understand the importance of all little details that make your stay enjoyable and satisfactory: accommodation, tickets, meals, places you visit. Each stay is prepared in advance, specially for every Client, in close cooperation with our partners.
3. Independence - we are not bound up with any particular organization, therefore we always recommend to our Clients the solutions we find most suitable for them – our Clients’ satisfaction is the only factor we take into consideration.
4. Experience – our company was established in 1994 as a result of transformation of the ORBIS Congress Bureau. Some of our specialists have already worked with us for 20 years – their experience is always at your disposal.
